Sourced from Wilyabrup in Margret River, the 2025 vintage is crafted in a Sardinian style, reflecting the family’s passion for food, wine and shared moments. This delicate, dry white shows vibrant freshness and a subtle salinity, shaped by the cooling Indian Ocean Sea breeze. That moderating maritime influence enhances fruit maturity and preserves the purity of primary characters- green apple, citrus bloom and a touch of sea spray – while also echoing the coastal terroirs of Sardinia. The palate is crisp and finely textured, finishing long and mouthwatering.

2018 Speak Like An Italian Vermentino
Paying tribute to the beautiful wines of Sardinia, Italy, this is a slight step away from the traditional Vermentino. A more developed nose of walnuts, almond skins and soft jasmine undertones as well as all the familiar flavours of Vermentino on the palate- lemon, lime, green pear, and orange. This variety having only arrived in Australia in 2004 shows that it is adaptable to warmer climates and trust us it doesn’t get much hotter than Gin Gin!
